Terms of service

The service

Vizra Cloud records eval runs your applications report to it, and lets you and your team view, compare and trigger them. We do not execute your code, hold your model API keys or connect to your database — runs happen in your own environment and report their results to us.

Because of that, we are not responsible for what your evals cost at your model provider, what your agents do when they run, or the outcome of any eval. Those all belong to your infrastructure.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and your API keys. A key can report runs into your project, so treat it as a credential: keep it in your environment, out of your repository, and revoke it from settings if it leaks. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Plans and payment

• ✓The free tier is free indefinitely. No card, no trial clock.
• ✓Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• ✓VAT and sales tax are calculated by Stripe at checkout, based on your location.
• ✓Cancel any time from the billing screen. You keep paid access until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to the free tier — your account and data are not deleted.
• ✓Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
• ✓We do not offer refunds for partial months, but if something has gone wrong, email us.

Prices may change, but not for you mid-subscription: we will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any change affects your renewal.

Plan limits

Each plan includes a number of projects and a per-sample detail window — see pricing. Eval runs and seats are not metered. Runs, their scores and your baselines are kept for as long as your account exists; the per-sample detail attached to a run may be removed once it is older than your plan's window. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is kept and what is removed.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload our infrastructure, or to resell access as your own product. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.

Availability

We work to keep the service up, but it is provided as-is without an uptime guarantee. Because reporting is designed never to fail your build — a failed upload warns and leaves your exit code alone — an outage here should not stop you shipping.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or the cost of model usage.
